Reba'S Uncooked Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cabbage
    5 green bell peppers
    5 red bell peppers
    2 large white onions
    8 carrots
    1/2 c. salt
    3 pt. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind or chop all veggies and place in glass container or crock.
    Add salt.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Drain well then squeeze very dry, using hands.
