Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef (sirloin tips)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bouillon
1 pkg. wide noodles
Preparation

Saute the first 4 ingredients until the meat is brown.
Drain fat.
Combine remaining ingredients except noodles and stir into meat mixture.
Cook over low heat approximately 20 minutes.
Serve over cooked noodles.
