Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    4 to 5 pork chops
    2 lb. can tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
    2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 c. warm water
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of basil or marjoram
Preparation
    Put uncooked rice in casserole dish.
    Brown pork chops and place on top of rice.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
