Sizzling Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. diced bacon
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 can black olives
1 Tbsp. chives (optional)
1 pkg. party rye bread

Preparation

Dice bacon and brown.
Drain and place on paper towel to cool. Shred cheese and place in large bowl.
Dice black olives.
Mix all ingredients and spread on party rye.
Broil until golden brown.
