Prune Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 Jr. size baby food prunes
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs; blend in prunes.
Combine all dry ingredients and spices, add to mixture.
Beat buttermilk into batter; add pecans.
Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan for 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
