Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2/3 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole milk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt, alternating with milk.
    Add flavorings and coconut.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes more or until done.
