Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. cooking sherry
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. broccoli, cut up
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    garlic salt
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    To 1 teaspoon oil, add carrots and broccoli.
    Add garlic salt to taste; stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    To 1 teaspoon oil, add chicken; stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until chicken is white.
    Add soy sauce, sherry and sugar; simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove chicken, but leave drippings.
    Add chicken broth; bring to a boil.
    Add rice; cook until done (20 minutes).
    Add all ingredients; simmer for 5 minutes.
