Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add melted oleo, juice and vanilla.
Add coconut last.
Add 1 cup chocolate chips for variety. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
