Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    butter
    paprika
    chives
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes.
    Mash.
    Beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Add hot potatoes gradually until well blended. Add milk if too stiff.
    Season to taste.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake in a greased 2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
