German-Style Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced or diced
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
Preparation
    Cook and peel potatoes.
    Cool and slice thinly.
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Add onion and cook until transparent.
    Add remaining ingredients except potatoes and stir.
    Cook until sauce thickens (about 15 to 20 minutes).
    Pour over potatoes and gently stir. Serve hot.
    This may be made ahead of time and warmed in oven or in pot.
