Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
1/3 c. green bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped onions
Preparation

Beat milk, oil and egg.
Stir in remaining ingredients with a fork until moistened.
Grease mini muffin pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
