Southern Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. coarse corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 large or 2 small eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Generously grease pan.
Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
Combine eggs, oil and buttermilk and add to dry ingredients.
Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until done.
