Emerald Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 small onion, sliced
1 large can white chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 to 3 soup cans milk
Preparation

You will need 4 soup bowls (bread).
Place broccoli flowerets in a 2-quart bowl. Stir in onion. Microwave (covered) for 7 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes. Add chicken and soups (x 3). Microwave (covered) for 5 minutes. Pour in milk to desired consistency. Microwave (covered) another 5 minutes. Serve in bread bowls.
