Spinach Fettucini Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto ham, julienned
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. spinach fettucini, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium tomato, diced
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute Prosciutto ham, onion and garlic in oil about 5 minutes. Add pasta and cream; cook 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in eggs, salt and pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
    Garnish with tomato and serve with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
