Spinach-Avocado-Orange Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 c. spinach or other greens, torn into bite-size pieces
    1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 avocado, peeled and sliced
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake until thoroughly blended.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour the dressing over all.
    Toss lightly.
