Crab Casserole Or Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
12 saltine crackers, mashed fine
2 raw eggs
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
dash of red pepper (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
shrimp (1 lb., optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and beat in hot water.
Place in a greased casserole dish or crab shells.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until lightly brown. Serves 5 or 6.
