Bev'S Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken
2 medium diced onions
2 pkg. frozen lima beans (small)
4 cans diced tomatoes
1/2 qt. beef stock
3 lb. beef roast (chuck)
4 medium diced potatoes
2 pkg. frozen yellow corn
1 qt. chicken stock
1 tsp. sugar
pepper
Worcestershire sauce to taste
3 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sherry
Preparation

Stir during cooking (several hours until thick), mashing vegetables lightly.
Serve with corn bread, cole slaw and hot apple with pie with Cheddar cheese wedge.
Serves 8.
