Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornbread mix
1 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped tomatoes
1/8 c. jalapeno peppers
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and cook until brown.
Will rise to top of oil, turn and brown other side.
