California Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. raw rice
6 chicken breasts or fryer parts
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Sprinkle onion soup mix over bottom of buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle rice evenly over soup mix.
Lay chicken on top of rice.
Dilute mushroom soup with water and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
