Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread cubes
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    4 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
    Scald milk with butter and sugar.
    Beat eggs; add salt and vanilla when milk is cool.
    Stir in egg mixture.
    Pour over bread in baking dish.
    Set dish in pan of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
