Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
8 to 10 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Melt margarine in 8-inch square dish.
Combine flour, cheese and seasonings in a plastic bag.
Place sliced potatoes in the bag and shake.
Lay coated potatoes in melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning potatoes once.
