Loose Meat Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Swans Down cake flour
    1 box Argo cornstarch
    1/2 c. salt
    1/4 c. black pepper
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
    Add 1/3 cup of dry mixture to ground beef and water.
    Cook, uncovered, until water cooks away.
    Serve on buns.
    Add onions and pickles, if desired.
