Spiceland Methodist'S Mincemeat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mincemeat
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. each cloves, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well, as for any cake batter.
    Pour into a lightly greased and lightly floured Bundt cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tests done (about 1 hour).
    Wrap and let set for 24 hours. Then frost.
    A cream cheese frosting is good.
