Fish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    1 stalk celery
    1 large onion
    1 carrot
    2 bay leaves
    3 black peppercorns
    1 small bunch parsley
    1 c. white wine
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 small can peeled tomatoes
    1 c. croutons
    2 slices toasted bread
Preparation
    You can use the following fish:
    squid, frog legs, lobster, goatfish, whitey, crabs and sandsharks.
