Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped apples
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
