Shrimp And Pepper Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp
    1 c. lemon juice
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 medium green peppers, seeded and cut into pieces
    2 medium red peppers, seeded and cut into pieces
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact.
    Arrange in a large shallow dish.
