Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 large eggs or 1 c.
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift
    flour,
    baking
    powder and salt; set aside.
    Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored.
    Gradually beat in sugar, then blend
    in water and vanilla.
    Slowly mix in dry ingredients.
    Pour into
    a
    jelly
    roll pan (12 x 18-inch) which has been
    lined with waxed paper or tinfoil and greased.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for
    about 15
    minutes
    or
    until
    top
    springs up when touched.
    Loosen edges
    and immediately turn upside down on a towel
    sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Carefully remove paper and
    then roll up while hot.
    After cooling, unroll and spread with favorite filling or jelly and again roll up.
