Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
    1 can chilled evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water and refrigerate.
    Spread 1 cup of vanilla wafer crumbs in a large baking dish.
    Whip chilled evaporated milk.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Grate lemon rind and squeeze lemon for juice; add to mixture.
    Add cooled jello and mix well.
    Pour mixture into baking dish.
    Spread remaining cup of crumbs on top.
    Chill for at least 3 hours.
