Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten and mixed with 1/2 c. sugar
2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. pecans, halved or chopped
1 Tbsp. flour (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
