Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of allspice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Measure and mix together dry ingredients.
    Combine eggs, zucchini and oil in another bowl. Stir all together.
    Spoon into muffin pans.
    Bake about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 18 muffins.
