Garden Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 medium carrots, grated
    2 stalks celery, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute carrots, celery, onion and mushrooms in butter.
    Add rice and continue sauteing until rice is brown.
    Add water and bring to a boil.
    Cover and take off heat.
    Rice is ready in 10 minutes.
