1 pkg. slice and bake cookies
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (8 oz.) jar butterscotch topping
Preparation

Bake cookies as directed on package.
Let cool.
Combine ice cream and topping.
Line cake pan with cookies.
Spread ice cream mixture over cookies.
Sprinkle with extra cookie crumbs.
Freeze; slice.
