Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can coconut
1 box Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Line bottom of 10 x 13-inch pan with nuts and coconut.
Mix cake mix as per box directions.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix confectioners sugar and cream cheese with margarine.
Spoon into cake mix.
Do not stir.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
