Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne
    2 eggs
    1 loaf sourdough
Preparation
    Melt first 5 ingredients in double boiler. Cut a loaf of sourdough or firm textured bread into cubes (remove crust). When cheese is melted and still over heat, break 1 egg at a time and beat until smooth after each egg. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet. Freeze and then bag.
