Peggy'S Famous Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 fairly large potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
butter and paprika (for on top)
Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and onion salt.
Put in buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cover for the first 1/2 hour, then uncover and continue baking.
