Chocolate Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. applesauce
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Combine cocoa, cinnamon, flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in applesauce.
Pour in a well-greased and floured Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
