Irish Sherry Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jelly roll
    4 small bananas
    2 c. vanilla pudding
    1 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1/2 c. sweet sherry
    whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Slice jelly roll and arrange in glass bowl.
    Pour sherry over cake.
    Slice bananas and arrange over cake.
    Make Jell-O according to directions and pour over items in bowl.
    Let set.
    Make vanilla pudding (I use Birds Custard).
    Cool and pour over bananas, etc.
    Chill.
    Cover with whipped cream before serving.
