Italian Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs, well beaten
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

In large skillet, saute zucchini and onion in butter until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in seasonings.
