Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. walnuts
    2 c. carrots, grated
    1 c. coconut
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (juice and all)
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add pineapple, eggs and vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or longer.
    Do not mix with a beater. Mix with a spoon.
