Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour, sifted
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. finely chopped bananas
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine plain flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Then add but do not beat, slightly beaten eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Stir well.
    Do not use mixer.
    Bake in 3 x 9-inch greased cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly and ice with caramel icing.
