Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick lean pork chops
    4 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 thin slices onion
    4 thin slices lemon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; place in baking dish. Top each with onion slice and lemon slice.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and pour 1 tablespoon ketchup over each chop.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender.
