Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Slice
    squash and cover with water.
    Boil until tender. Drain. Mix
    ingredients
    together
    and put in dish.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Melt
    2
    tablespoons with butter; pour over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
