Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 chicken breasts, sliced in thin strips
    1 pkg. frozen Japanese-style vegetables
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce and ginger.
    Add chicken and marinate 1 hour. Drain chicken and stir-fry in hot oil.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
    Serve with hot rice and a salad.
