Banana Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas (3 to 4 bananas)
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Blend together Crisco, sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs.
Add sifted ingredients alternately with combined bananas and milk. Pour into oblong pan (8 x 12-inch) and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
