Raisin-Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. plain flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in shortening. Combine eggs and milk. Add to flour mixture. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into muffin cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done. These muffins freeze well.
