Cajun Jiffy Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 lb. shrimp, shells removed
    1/2 lb. fresh okra, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 green or yellow pepper
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    green onion pieces
Preparation
    Saute the first 4 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients, except green onion pieces; mix well.
    Cook on top of the stove until meat is tender.
    Garnish with green onion pieces.
    Serve with rice and beans.
    Makes 6 servings.
