Green Pepper Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium dill pickles (1 c. chopped)
    1/4 or 1/3 c. hot peppers (from jar or fresh)
    6 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    1 green food coloring
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Put peppers and pickles into blender.
    Blend well.
    Put blended peppers and pickles into large pot.
    Stir in vinegar and sugar.
    Bring to boil; boil one minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Certo; skim off foam.
    Add green food coloring.
    Pour into jars; let cool.
    Freeze (keeps forever).
    Spoon over softened cream cheese and serve with crackers.
    (Also keeps in refrigerator for months.)
