Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh blueberries or 10 oz. pkg. frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, room temperature
    2 large eggs, room temperature
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh is best)
    2 tsp. cinnamon and sugar mixed
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Wash and dry blueberries.
    Allow frozen berries to thaw completely; dry well.
    Cream butter; add eggs and sugar.
    Beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer on high speed.
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder at low speed.
    Add flour mixture in fourths, alternating in thirds with milk.
    Beat just until smooth.
    Add lemon juice and fold in berries with rubber spatula.
