Mexicali Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can (2 1/2 c.) yellow hominy, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can tamales, cut in thirds diagonally
    1 (4 oz.) can Vienna sausage, cut in thirds
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 oz. sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Combine hominy, half of the tamales, the Vienna sausages and soup.
    Gently mix; turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Arrange remaining tamales on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese over top; return to oven for a few minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
