Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Hillshire Farm Kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into bite size pieces
3 1/2 c. frozen vegetable mix (such as broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms or your choice)
salt, pepper, garlic and oregano to taste
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked and kept warm
Preparation

Saute vegetables in oil until crisp and tender.
Add sausage and seasonings; heat thoroughly.
Mix in 1/2 cup cheese.
Serve at once over warm rice.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
